Permuation of 4 digits but not equal to input

    HI All EXCEL expert.

I am trying to figure out how to calculate the permutation result for 4 digit numbers but the answer will be the one that is not included in the permuation from my input

    Example: I type in
    1234
    2356

the result will be not equal to permutation of 1234 and 2356.

So the result is all other numbers but not included numbers from permuation of 1234 & 2356

I need to key in about 400 lines of 4 digit number..
    such as

    1234
    3456
    7898
    3456 etc..

List the 400 manual entries some out-of-the-way place

Autofill numbers from 1000 to 9999 in column A

In column B use a Match formula to locate the value in the manual list

Sort columns A and B by col B. The surviving numbers will be at the top of col A.
