    How can be made this spreadsheet more design appealing

    Hello!

    Can I please have some suggestions on how to make this spreadsheet more design appealing for a presentation?

    Do you have any idea how I can automate new input process, thus when I introduce new members number for Organization G, H, I, the spread sheet to calculate based on the formula above?

    Both designs ignore all the rules for using data in Excel. The data should be in a table format with a header row, no empty rows or columns. If set up correctly you can then use the Data Form for input & all of excel's Database Functions, including pivotTables.

    You can have a dashboard sheet displaying summaries in a user friendly design on a separate sheet.

    I have removed all the merged cells, these willcause problems, using centre acroos selection or wrap text instead.

    I have amended the formulas, adding absolute references where needed.

    Fnally rearranged the data so that it is in a database format. From this you can select any cell in the data & from the Data menu click form to get a data input form.
