Dates out of place (file included) **second attempt**

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can someone tell me the reason why some of my dates are out of place? I have a large file and 5 rows of the same date are completely out of place. They either show up not where they're supposed to or rite at the end (when I sort by ascending).

They are in date format and everything seems to be ok but for some reason I can't sort them.

I have put the file online this time (only a small portion of it, because it is too big), if you have any idea why the dates 27/9 are out of place please let me know and how I can fix it.

    Thanx
    Kosta
P.S. If you can't find the out of place dates yourself just search for '581402'. Thanx in advance

For whatever reason (maybe your regional settings vs mine), they seem immune to the usual user interface ways to fix them. This worked:

That is so above my knowledge of Excel. Can you give me step by step instructions on where to put this code in etc.

    Thanx
P.S. Keep in mind that the actual file is rather large but I'm sure the concept is the same.

    • Select the sheet of interest.
    • Right click on the sheet tab, select View Code, and paste the code in the window that opens.
    • Then either,
    • Put the cursor anyplace in the Sub and press F5 to run it, or
    • Close that whole window, and back in Excel, do Alt+F8 to see a list of macros, select x fom the box, and push the Run button.
