quality recordin

i have to use the first form for rcording quality than manuuall copy the score form first sheet to second sheet
i have to do this 4*month for ten peopple (40 per month))
is there a way of using the first sheet for me to input the data in to a new sheet for each person acording to date and there name
i only need tthe total score which is fouund in cell ref c47
possible using th save to mi button if (mi = new sheet)

Are the forms all in separate workbooks?
