Printing Photo in Excel

I’m using an excel template for a badge id. The inserted photo is scaled to fit. Aspect ratio locked. The photo looks good (the aspect ratio).

When I print the badge the photo loses the correct aspect ratio and the face is slightly fuller.

The problem appears to be with the printing of the badge, not the creation of the badge.

Any suggestions?

Under the File option on the toolbar select the page setup

make sure there are no "fit to" options etc.
