Custom Drop-Down List

I have a drop down list with seven choices. Each choice has a cooresponding fill color that I want to be displayed when the inputter choices whatever choice. I have the choices listed and named on a separate worksheet.

Is there anyway I can make it so that when the inputter choices an item from the drop-down, that the fill color from the other worksheet comes along with it?
