    Button access

I have a legacy Excel program with all kinds of formulae, macros, protection etc. all over.

There is a button which I'm unable to right click. I just want change it but I can't see the button anywhere else in the Design Mode, VB Editor..
All I have is a button whose left click works and a calculation is performed.

I removed the protections, set low security levels etc.
    I searched all over.
But I can't find where the button is actually defined.
It just appears cells J9:K10 (i.e occupies 4 cells J9,J10,K9,K10)
I can't move, resize, right-click or view its properties anywhere (where in for some of the other buttons I can).
The only place I could get to know the name of the button is in its click event (buttonName_click).
There are no events written for disabling right-click.
And I searched by the buttonName if it was disabled elsewhere but didnot find anywhere else.

I know this question wouldn't make sense unless you view the sheet directly.
But I'm hoping someone came across such a situation and would reply..

Is there a kind of lock where controls can be locked from performing any changes? How to work around this?

    Thanks
    ap

    You're right. It won't.
Why not create a version of the file just for uploading onto here? Delete all sheets except the relevant one, and delete all the info in that sheet except the button, and see if someone can help then.
