Delete last 9 characters from a cell

I have a column of data that has multiple amounts of numeric characters. I used =RIGHT formula to retrieve the last nine characters from that cell. Now I want to get the remaining characters from that cell to another cell. I can't use =LEFT because all the cells don't contain the same amount of numeric characters.

So, What formula do I use to delete the last 9 characters from a cell or how do I get it to ignore the last 9 characters.

    EX What I need

    964250028543755 964250
    1029749029521970 1029749
    635048817027900000 635048817

    Thanks.
