how can i implement the following in excel ?

I need the blue cells to be:

r1=m1*n1
r2=m2*n1
r3=m3*n1

In r1, put the following equation

The "$"'s lock that cell in place when you drag or copy the formula.

When you drag that formula down (grabbing it with the mouse in the lower right hand corner of the cell), the M cells will automatically update to M2, M3, etc and the N1 cell will be constant.
