I have a column of text data (college basketball team names). All of the text data has four spaces in front of the text in each cell. Is there a way to use the find/replace tool to get rid of the spaces in front of the text in each cell?

Go to Edit|Replace and enter 4 spaces in the Find What field and leave the Replace With field as is....
Click Replace All
Where there is a will there are many ways.
