Change Excel palette default colors...

Hi all,
I know that is possible to change excel palette default colors but I donīt know how to do it...
Itīs possible to explain me?

Create a workbook with the colors you want, and save it as Book.xlt in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Officexx\XLStart\, where "xx" is 10, 11, or 12 depending on your version of Excel.
