    Pasting into filtered data

    Hi Guys,

    I'm trying to paste 20rows alongside a filtered column, so that it only pastes into the rows that are showing, and not the ones hidden by the filter.

    can anyone advise?

    BTW, I'm using Excel 2003

    Do you have 20 or more filtered rows displayed? Is the data to be copied all in a single column?

    I'm going to have about 2000 filtered rows displayed, and the data to be copied (all in a single column) is 156 long, once it gets to the end it'll start again (so 156,156,156 etc etc)
