    Personal Budget Template

    Hi,

Does anyone wants to share their Personal Budget Template ideas. I am thinking to make one Personal Budget Workbook to track all my expenses (Home, Credit Card, Automobile etc) and income, and I am looking for a design options. I have looked at the MS office template but I am looking something more advanced. I would appreciate any input. Thanks.

I have one that I use that contains a little more than the MS Office version. Send me a private message with your email and I will see if I can send it over to you.

I sent you the template. If you have questions regarding the functionality just let me know. It is quite customized for my own use, but it is easily changed using the control sheet.

    allocated spending plan

this is the budgeting form i use it is a little time consuming to set up but well worth it. it is a zero based budget so if you go over budget in one category it has to be taken from another. but it does allow some flexibility with blow money. my wife and i get our blow money and we can spend it on what ever we want or save it and buy something big. with no guilt or no judging from each other on if it is a waste or not necessary or any other reason we can do with it as we please.

let me know if you have any questions.

    cheers,
    joe

Thank you both for the sample spreadsheet. I was thinking to have only one sheet to enter all the expenses and then using intersheet formula to analyze the data but having 12 sheets separated a/c to each month does not sound like a bad idea after all
