trying to organize a building schedule!

I am trying to organise a building schedule for clients to easily understand!

I am unfortunately confusing myself.

I have attached the file.
IF you look at the left hand side you will see:

Standard design & specifications
Up to 10 standard spec upgrades
Up to 20 standard spec upgrades
Up to 1 mtr of fall across building envelope
Up to 2 mtr of fall across building envelope
Over 2mtrs of fall across building envelope
No structural changes
Up to 5 structural changes
Up to 10 structural changes
Up to 20 structural changes
No Development approvals required.

Depending on the design the customer chooses, depends on the time it will take to build their home.
