    Question Formula Assistance

    Hi Everyone!

I'm trying to calculate a column containing: Compliant, Non Compliant & N/A

When I use this formula, it isn't working properly....

    =COUNTIF(AC8:AC65536,"COMPLIANT") + COUNTIF(AC8:AC65536,"NON COMPLIANT") + COUNTIF(AC8:AC66536, "N/A")

    Any suggestions?

    Error in this line:
    (66536)

    COUNTIF(AC8:AC66536, "N/A")

Thanks, I didn't even notice that. I fixed it and is still is not working...
    =COUNTIF(AC8:AC65536,"COMPLIANT") + COUNTIF(AC8:AC65536,"NON COMPLIANT") + COUNTIF(AC8:AC65536, "N/A")

How is not working? Error message or wrong count...

Is N/A a text string entered in or the #N/A error?

I put the information in the rows and tested it & it doesn't seem to be calculating.

    Please see the attached.

Well, all I did was fix the same problem you said you fixed earlier in the thread and it works...

    I entered a "compliant" and an "n/a" in column Q and I got a 2 back in C2...
