Splitting cells from one column to two columns

If I have a several people's full name in one column(in the format below), how can I split their name into one column with their first name and a second column with their last name?

    Ex:

    Doe, John
    Doe, Jane
    Johns, Bob
    Jones, Ralph
    Smith, Joe
