How to use this table?

Hi,

My problem is table in attachment.

Purchase services send me this table for every month.

For each purchase of product in month, this servise add four more columns and then send me data.

I should analyse them for different purposes. This give me good information just when I want to see product characteristics(supplier, invoice price, rebate, quantity) in, for example, last month . However, sometimes I want to see, for example, supplier who gave me, on month average, best rebate or other things per supplier.

Is it possible to make pivot table from this one, and to be useful? Do you have any other proposal how to deal with this type of table? Or maybe proposal to my purchase service to make another table, and enter the data when invoice with goods come in warehouse?
