In Excel 2007, how do you add one of those '+' or '-' things where if you press '+' it'll reveal whatever you put in, and if you press '-' it will hide the stuff.

it's called grouping
Somehow try and find the data menu, it should be in there.
Highlite the columns you want to group,
goto Data,group and outline,select group, the + or - sign should appear,
You may have to use Excels help to find out where the heck it is located, search for "group"
Thank you very much. 'Data' was actually one of the tabs at the top and 'Group' was there.
