Sort data in Pivot Table

This sounds simple but the solution escapes me - is it possible to sort calculated data in a pivot table? I have a Pivot table with hundreds of names and against each name I have: Sum of Delivery, Sum of Quantity, Sum of %, I want to sort by Sum of % with the highest percentage at the top. Please can anyone advise?
