Pivot table text colour

I don't even know if this is possible, but it can't hurt to ask.......

I have a pivot table where I need to highlight (colour red) the "Sum of No of Deliveries" if less than or equal to 5. The actual report is quite big so doing this manually would take too long. Is there something that can be written which would look up the appropriate numbers and change the colour?
