Can Excel Draw Shapes or Angles based on Data?

Can Excel Draw Shapes or Angles based on Data?

I have a radiation Excel file that solves for Radiation intensity using Distance and shielding as reducing factors.

Similar to a circle of light being less intense with distance so is radiation.

I need excel to draw a circle from a point specified based on a value I give.

For example at 1 ft I might have 500 R in 1 hour (life threatening!)

At 16 feet I have about 2 R in 1 hour (not safe for too long)

These circles would be overlayed on an map.

I would like to draw a new circle at various distances, simialar to a bullseye.

I would also like a triangle drawn based on angles and SIN / COS / TAN formulas

Could this be done in VB or preferably without.

I see your example, but I am lost...

I need a circle center-pointed over another image and its diameter would change based on a value in a cell.

In another instance I need a triangle drawn (as an Excel shape)
based on angles, leg lengths, etc, based on a cell value

Thank you, I hope this clarifies.

B3 & C3 contain the {x,y} center of the circle. C2 contains the radius.

I assumed that you would plot them on a chart, with the map as the picture backdrop for the plot area. Example attached.

No, it was data from the formulas I posted.

Did you look at the circles on the plot?

    sorry if this seems dense...

I saw your image. I was looking at my workbook after pasting the data, using data import from saved text. I tried shaping it, but I saw no circles in various attempts at changing... could I please have the xls file?

    Thank for your patience

New to the forum. Your spreadsheet is great, is there any way to do this with a sector instead of the circle?

    Thanks,
    Dustin
