Copy results of conditionally formated values

Have a need to copy a result of data which has been conditionally formatted to another worksheet (which I do via macro)
However the copied results are displayed back in their original format rather than how they appeared in the first worksheet.


Any ideas on how to preserve the format between worksheets ? Pref via one that can be recorded into a Macro.
