I just see that there is only one smiley button for macros in tool bar, how do we add more buttons, also how do we rename it. I am trying to rename using the excel help, but when i right click all i see is Whats this? and no place to rename...

Anything (autoshape, photo, gif, jpeg) can be used as a macro button.
For instance, select any autoshape from the draw menu. Right click on it and select assign macro and assign the macro you want.

There is no such thing as a problem, only a temporary lack of a solution
Right-click on the menu bar and select Customize.
From the Commands menu in the popup screen, select Macros and then drag the Custom button to a toolbar.
Then, while the Customize window is still open, right click on the button in the toolbar or the menu item and you get a new drop down where you can change the name. You will also see an option to change the button image or edit it.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
