Subtotal/Grand Total Problem

Hi All,

I am using xl2000 and have a problem with a subtotal.

I have it set to put a page break between groups. At the moment this creates about 26 pages (last page being on row 573).

Problem is that it always puts the grand total on row 4426 meaning that if I was to print all pages I would have about 113 pages, with only 26 being valid.

I don't even need the grand total, is there a solution to this pls.

hi tuph, thanks for the reply.

turns out it was a problem with the last cell. Excel was thinking that last cell was in row 4000.

I fixed this and now the grandtotal appears where it should,
