Cal averages in columns to exclude blank fields:calculate averages

In the sample I have several columns which I need to calculate averages for 'white' cells and then 'purple' cells I can have two cells at bottom of each column but I want to be able to do it without having to multi select each cell. This is a sample of a very big file.
