    Links to other workbooks??

    Can you create links in one workbook to open up other workbooks? Is there a formula so when you click on a cell, it opens up the desired spreadsheet? If so, How?

    No there isn't. A formula is passive and can do no more than return a value. However, you could use a macro to run through the LinkSources object and open each workbook it finds in there. Use the macro below to do this :

    Create a hyperlink

    If you create a hyperlink and hyperlink it to the file, when you click on it the second file will open. This works on any type of file PDF, DOC Etc.

    Thanks very much for that. Just tried it out and my boss got so exited he's told me to spend the rest of the day setting up hyperlinks. Thats got pay rise written all over it.
