    Random number to a specific total

    Hi,
    I have a problem where I want to fill an array of random numbers that SUM up to a specific total, is this possible?

    It's certainly possible, but it will involve some work. You need to provide more information providing what you want, parameters etc.

    I think something like this should work; something I picked up from shg on ozgrid. Put the value you want the random numbers to add up to in C12.
