Importing Telephone Numbers From Text File

I am opening a Text file, containing telephone numbers.

When it is opened in Excel the first number, which is always a zero is dropped.

How do I add the zero back ?

I don't see away to format the cells to "Text" before I open the file !

In the import text wizard select Fixed width - Next - Create break lines if needed - next - select the column with the phone numbers and check " text" in the Column data format box - Finish
