    Issue with CSV file.

    Hi all,
I am having a few issues with a CSV file i am trying to create. The steps that i am following are.

    1. Open excel and create some data in sheet1
    2. I insert 7 columns and some 30 rows but only for col1 and col2. Rest all columns(col3 to col7) remain blank
    3. I save the xls and then again do a save as to .csv format
    4. After saving in csv if i open the file in a text editor like notepad only the first 16 lines have the 6 commas (,) and the remaining rows dont have and commas after the first two row data.

I am attaching the files here.
Please view the files in this order for a better understanding:

    1. Book1.xls
    2. Book1.csv
    3. Book1.txt

Please let me know how can i get the commas in each of the rows. I need data in this format to be processed. I dont seem to find the issue.

xl can be funny when creating csv files as it does not always follow the rules of create field delimiters when no field information is present. No a problem when reading back into xl but other applications may complain.

Either add a final column and output a end of record field
or add dummy record at the end with all fields populated
    Cheers
