Select Multiple Criteria via Data Validation

I picked up some good code on the net where I can create a data validation box and select more than one item. [See attached file.] You can check this out in column C.

The problem I have is this code only allows me to do this in column C and sometimes I need to have the same capabilities in another column. In this case the column is J. I would like to be able to select multiple names from column J, but I don't know how to modify the attached code.

Can anyone show me how to do this? I tried several ways but it didn't work so far I am probably missing some small detail.
