    Question Forecasting Templates

    Hi,

Hoping someone in the Excel world can assist. I have a team of Designers in which I need to track the teams & invidivuals performances, as well as to manage workloads.

Hoping someone out here can assist with some type of forecast template that that will provide a handful of quality tools to do the following (no particular order of importance):
    • Estimate hours vs. actual hrs.
    • Manage current workloads
    • Monitor individual designers performance to determine if a job is more difficult than it looks or if the individual cannot handle the work as expected
    • Graph Results - Such as: Est. Hrs. vs. Actual Hrs. & Workload Forecast over a specified period of time

I'm sure there are a few other things that I need to monintor or forecast, but this would be a good start for me.

    Thanks for the assisstance.

    Asking too much?

Suggest you start by identifying what it is you want to monitor; move on to designing some forms and then try to populate them with data. If you have problems in the data analysis, come back here - I don't do turnkey projects on the forum - that's not what it's for!

I'm with Ed, asking too much

Have you tried googling for your specs ??

I found a few. I'll have to found out which one is for your needs.

    Or

Go to this site's Commercial Services Excharge for a more personalise workbook for some kind of fee.
