Transposing data

Hello,

I need help in transposing data from one sheet to another.
I tried a few formulas, they did not work.

I have a sheet that is self explainatory. I need a formula or a VBA code to work this out.

I would appreciate if someone could help, this will mean lot to me and save me a lot of manual work.

Have you considered, or would you be interested in using a pivot table? See the attached example to see what a pivot table would look like.

I do not mind a pivot table. I have not worked on a pivot table and i may need to learn it or need instruction how to perform this task.
