    calculating Total hours

If this question is a repeat from a previous I am sorry. However, I have spent the last hour looking throught the site trying to find an answer.

I want to calculate the total hours between two dates and times as entered in colums A and B with the result in column C. Taking into consideration the start and end times of the day for a working shift. I also want to include twelve hours available on Saturday and Sunday.

See attached. I need help with the formula for colum C cells.

    Hello Paul,

Which 12 hours on Saturdays and Sundays?

What are the limitations on start and end time, will they always be within the business hours or could they be outside?
