print areas

When i go to the print preview.. and choose page break preview.. Why can't I drag the "printable area" beyond line 1974?

I think I have had 35 pages at one point.. and now I can't get more than 27..

Hi,
That's a hard question to answer, since nobody can see your workbook....
If you have a print range defined, you can reset the range by going to
insert=>name=>define then select Print_Area and change the range in the bottom box.
