i have about 100 employees in my spreadsheet.
I would like to enter the employee number in cell D1 and have their total worked hours show up in E1...i tried to use if statement but it errored on me after 8 IFs
Is there a way to do this.

Have a look at the Vlookup function in Excel Help files
