    Viewing different Pivot Tables

    Hi. I am creating a great amount of Pivot Tables. Is there a way to change between Pivot Tables within the same Pivot table without having to create a different Pivot Tables. (I noticed that the pivot tables have names). Thanks.

    Literally speaking, no, you can't change a pivot table (PT) within the same Pt. However, there may be easy ways of getting around this to accomplish what you want. are you able to attach a sample file with the layout that you would like to see?

    One of the joys of PT's is how easy it is to change them by dragging & dropping fields. You may find that using a "page field" allows you to quickly change the data displayed. For more info about page fields & PT's in general have a look at hte pages linked on the below page of Jon's:
