Coping down error

Hi,

I have this formula

=K20&L20&" "&"in"&" "&M20&N20

When I copy down there is a gap between M20 & N20.

However when I retype M20 that gap disappear.

What is the reason?

must be a space in m20 that you cant see
where is the data in m20 derived from?

You are absolutely correct. When I double click I found that there is a space at the end of the cell.
