newb needs help!

Hi, complete excel novice here!

I have a 400 rows of towns and cities which are all capitalised. Anyway to make them all lower case in a few easy clicks?

In an unused column enter (presuming your list starts at A1):

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

Drag this down your 400 entries, then copy the lot and over your capitalized towns and cities Paste Values.

Change the range to be where the cities are listed...run Macro
