Generating Reports

Ok here it goes, I am in charge of the collections for a 1000 Unit apartment complex. I have all of my residents information on my own spread sheet because the account software does not do what I need it to do. But here is what I need, I need to print out delinquency notices with the information I have on my spread sheet I.E. Unit, Name, and Amount.

Does anyone know how I can do this easly because currently I am hand writing over 500 notices a month. Any help would be great!

I have been trying to do this for a couple of days but I am just with this one.

I took your advice and this is a sample from my work sheet. if anyone feels like taking the time to help me with the great I would be so greatful.

And yes I do have word I have been trying to convert it to my notice in word and I also Have the notice in excel. Trust I really tried not to have to ask for help but i folded.
