Keepin total line (bottom line) static

Hi,
I am creating a invoice that needs to print on 1 sheet of paper - so I would like to keep the bottom line of cells static - so regardless of what I do above - the bottom line always remains on the same part of the page. At the moment - when I add cells - rows etc it moves.

I think it would reqire VBA. My approach would be to format the vertical alignment of the last row as Bottom, and then adjust its height according to the total height of the rows above (within the limit of rows above that could be accommodated).

I don't know of another way to do it other than manual, trial-and-error adjustment while looking at page breaks.
