Help finding the correct / working :=) formula for top ten names

    Hi,

I´m trying to find a formula that finds the top ten stores from my worksheet.

In column A i have the store names and in column I their efficiency number and i need to find a formula that list the top 10 stores according to their efficiency (lowest is best).

This formula gets me the top 10 efficiency numbers, but i have no idea how to get the matching store names.
    =SMALL($I$4:$I$21:$I$24:$I$38;1)
    =SMALL($I$4:$I$21:$I$24:$I$38;2)
    =SMALL($I$4:$I$21:$I$24:$I$38;3)
    etc...

I would appreciate any help i could get.

    Try:

    =INDEX($H$4:$H$38;MATCH(SMALL($I$4:$I$38;1);$I$4:$I$38;0))

(for smallest.. adjust Small() function for others)

    where H4:H38 contain store names.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
