Sorry if this has been a topic before (i did a search, maybe not good enough)
But how can i get a macro to copy a cell's values to the windows clipboard and not the Excel clipboard so the values can be manually pasted (Ctrl + V) into other programs (ie notepad)
i can only get in to copy to the excel clipboard .....
How about:

no...typically my macros will put some zeros in some cells (clear data and refresh my input cells) after the copy (or this is what i want)...so it jumps around a bit...and to actually paste the values, the original cell has to be still flashing, it seems to be temp. as long as the cell is flashing....Originally Posted by protonLeah

As a test, I ran the code line above then closed Excel. I was still able to paste the copied value into Notepad from the clipboard. Are you saying that you want to copy successive values to the clipboard, appending them to the bottom, then pasting to somewhere all at once?
