i've reversed the zoom and scroll on my mouse! please help

somehow ... goodness knows how the zoom and scroll options have been reversed on my mouse and it's driving me mad.
has anyone had this happen before or know how to fix it ?

Just in Excel or across all?

just in excel ...!

In the tools_options_general is the zoom on roll with intelimouse button ticked? If so untick it
