working on two excels

Hi,

I've to excel workbook. I've to take one value from one column say A, from the frst sheet, then search for the value in the next excel, in clmn A, and have to get the corresponding B column value from the second excel, and shoul put this value in the corresponding B column value in the frst wrkbook.

Can anyone help me on this?
