Right (indent) inconsistance spacing in column

I have formatted the entire column for a right indent, currency numbers.
Odd enought the numbers in 5 out of 26 rows are almost 1/2 of a space off. They are actually 1/2 of a space farther to the right.
Now some of the rows are merged differently, meaning they may have 4 cells merged and some may only have 2 or 3 cells merged together.
