Displaying only custom toolbars

Hello,

I am creating an Excel file that will be used by people who are not very familiar with Excel. This file is going to be on our network, and I would like it to display only one toolbar (a custom toolbar that I've created) when the file is open. I know how to attach a custom toolbar to the workbook, but don't know how to turn all the other toolbars in this file ONLY, so the workbook only displays one toolbar no matter which computer it is open on.
Any help will be appreciated?
