Adjacent cells in non-adjacent list?

Hi,

On Sheet 1, there is my data.

On Sheet 2, I want to create a 12 month breakdown for each of the people (I've only inputted Sep & Oct on Sheet 1for the sake of this example).

On Sheet 2 cell A1 calls the first person on Sheet 1 (giving the result Joshua), and B2:G2 do the same. For the next person, I'd love to be able to do the same, but somehow call the next adjacent cell without manually inputting each request.

Crudely put, I'd like =Sheet1!A2+1 to actually equal Sheet1!A3 (Joyce) so it moves to the next cell down. If the cells were adjacent I know I could just drag down but this won't display how I want it to.

Help??

Assuming your sheet2 is set up the same - with one space between the tables, you can use the following to move the names:
