Combo Box Control tab

Hi,
I have been using Excel for ages and yet this situation is killing me!
Here it goes:
I'm trying to isert a Combo Box and link it with a list to make a simple drop down list.
The problem is that when I right mouse click on the box, the preference menu that pops out dosen't show the Control Tab. The one that creates the link with the list.
Is there any one that knows what is it I'm overlooking here?

Hi Frankie,

Make sure you're using the correct ComboBox control. There is one on the Forms toolbar and one on the Control Toolbox toolbar.

Right-clicking the 'Forms' version gives you the option to 'Format Control..' then select the Control tab; right-clicking on the Control Toolbox version allows you to select 'Properties' and set all sorts of object properties (including the ListFillRange). The 'Format Control..' option for the latter does not have the 'Control' tab.
