Cell contents

Hi All

I'm looking for a way to keep track of some door repairs using the attached sheet.

The problem is colums C, D, E. if a X is inserted into one of the cells the other two should go blank......... I think using an Option Button or Tick Box may be a better option but I cant figure them out (yet)

any help would be very much appreciated
