Lookup name(s) based on birthday month

I am designing a spreadsheet to keep track of various data. I have a list of birthdays (month and day in separate columns) and I would like to pull the person's name that corresponds to the particular month. I have attempted to us the lookup function for this, but if there is more than one person with the same birth month it is not working. Is there a function that I can use to pull multiple names for the same query?
